- David has been a technology investment banker for over a quarter of a century. In that time he’s seen the industry landscape change dramatically more than once. We welcomed him on board in 2011 to build a Mergers and Acquisitions advisory practice focused on today’s most disruptive companies, those breaking new ground in cloud-enabling and big data technologies. David’s experience as a successful entrepreneur, having founded, built and sold his own advisory firm, informs the advice he gives each client. He brings a disciplined focus, deep industry knowledge, and a determination he learned from being an Olympic rower. David earned his B.S. in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
